Leadership Strategies in Health & Human Services

This workshop is for professionals in the human, health & community services who are interested in how to lead in effective & innovative ways. Your facilitator is Jen Gibbons (nee Hawkins), Clinical Team Leader & Counsellor, experienced & passionate about positive leadership in the human, health & community services. Jen is a practitioner and leader with over ten years experience across government and non-government organisations within the health, community and human services industries. Most recently, Jen led a redesign project for a local youth mental health service that reduced their client wait-times from 6 months to 0. She is experienced & passionate about teaching others to be the best leaders they can be, & guide their teams to success.
